Beauty Business in a Box® is a social enterprise delivering accredited beauty and business training in communities across Ireland.

Founded by Sarah Naylor, we work alongside community organisations, charities, government bodies and corporate partners to support women and young people who are furthest from opportunity.

Our work focuses on practical skills, confidence-building and long-term support — helping people move from dependency to self-sufficiency.

THE NEED
Breaking the cycle of limited opportunity

Too many women and young people face barriers to employment due to limited access to practical training, low confidence and a lack of clear progression pathways.

Traditional education often ends with a certificate but no real route into work or self-employment. Without continued support, the cycle continues.
That's why we exist — to bridge the gap between education and employment.
